Stalbridge Primary School is a Church of England school; our Christian vision and values drive all that we do. We work closely with the Salisbury Diocese and our local church. We provide a broad and balanced curriculum which includes spiritual and moral guidance for children of all faiths and those with none.
Everyday we worship together in assemblies, sharing stories, quiet times of reflection and stories from the Bible. Every term, we visit our local church and worship together there. All members of the school and local community are invited to join in with us.
We also recognise and reflect upon key events in other religions, teaching the children about mutual respect, love and tolerance.
Our curriculum provides opportunities to reflect upon the world around us, upon our selves and to ask those big questions about spirituality.
Church school SIAMS inspections.
We were inspected on 22nd November 2019 with an 'Excellent' grade.
The inspector commented on our inclusive and caring community, identifying that;
' The vision influences the leaders' decision making, keeping the well being of the pupils central to all that happens.'

Our vision is rooted in Galatians 5:22-23
'By contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things.'
