School Development Plan

We want to be the best school that we can be. We believe that we can, we want discover better ways of doing things and we aspire to provide the best school for every child in our care.

Our School development plan is a working document that draws our key areas of improvement from;

* Inspection reports

* Data

* Stakeholder views- staff, pupils and parents

* Governors reports

* Statutory requirements such as safeguarding

* Our Church school responsibilities and ethos- SIAMS

The Senior leadership team and governing body review this plan every half term.  We are always working to achieve our best;
